I had a mixed experience with this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the location was not as attractive as I had hoped. The service was exceptional, although the dining options were underwhelming.
The hotel rooms are quite lovely looking onto trees, with lovely staff who are very accommodating to our special diets. However, the lack of amenities like a phone, microwave, and fridge may not be worth it, especially considering the delayed maintenance issues.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were always clean and had a cool air from the router location in the lobby/restaurant. The staff was friendly over the years, making my stay comfortable. However, I did have some trouble with my beef order. The location was geographically excellent for easy access to Hwy 57 between Guadalajara and Laredo. It's a great spot for letting dogs run around and enjoy the surroundings. The dining experience was quite good and the fresh sandwiches were tasty. Overall, a great value for money.
